My name is Jessica Walker; I am a qualified beauty therapist and owner of Bella Sorella Beauty Therapy. To help you understand why I’m passionate about what we do, let me share some things with you.

I am originally from the UK where I did my first beauty therapy training in 1997. I worked in a busy office during the day and did mobile beauty treatments evenings and weekends. I came to Australia in 2005 where I travelled and finally settled in the Maitland area. I now have two young sons and can honestly say that I got caught up in the hectic lifestyle of being a wife and mother, putting all of my energy into my family and home life. It wasn’t until after the birth of my second son that I realised I had forgotten about myself and deep down I knew that to be the best I could possibly be I had to make changes and take some time for myself.

We all too easily get caught up with our busy lives, looking after everyone else, playing with the children; school runs; sporting activities, housework; corporate events; business meetings, etc , etc . Finding 5 minutes here, 30 minutes there, I started to feel revitalised and re-energised and not just a person trying to balance all the balls at the same time. It was at this time I knew I could, and should, help get the message across that ‘we are important too’.

We meet everyone’s needs and make sure they have all the support they need, but what about you?

Who looks after you?

Every woman deserves to be able to take some personal downtime to feel good about themselves. But how many times have you promised yourself this time, only to have something else become more important? How many times have you told yourself, ‘I don’t have time’, I’d love to get something done but I can’t take the children’ or ‘I’ll do it tomorrow when I have more time’?

Bella Sorella is the answer to help you find this time.

We are a fully mobile service so we come to you. You no longer have to worry about children in Salons, arranging babysitting so you can have a treatment, or sparing the time. We fit around your schedule whenever possible so you can take time for yourself, relax and enjoy a treatment in the comfort of your own home, knowing that your children are safe and occupied.

If you have a busy work schedule and can’t get to a salon during normal business hours, Bella Sorella can provide you with evening and weekend appointments* to make sure this is no longer an issue for our very busy clients. We run lunchtime ‘speed treatments’ (only with the agreement of a company) which assists female staff take the all important time out.

To be able to work to your maximum, Bella Sorella strongly believes that you have to feel valued and happy with yourself. This is what we strive to help you achieve.

For the woman at home with children we have mini gifts to help occupy your little ones with something new, or how about a coffee morning where you can chat, look after one another’s children and indulge in a little bit of pamper magic?

Bella Sorella also caters for girl’s nights in, the Ultimate Pamper Session (where you can invite friends over, relax, eat, drink, chat and have treatments done at the same time).

Ever wondered how to do something different for the girls in your family? We can provide ‘Princess Parties’ for girls aged 4 to 13, where we do a mini makeup session, body glitter and polished nails. We try to teach them that beauty is within themselves and not what the majority of images tell them.

Payment Options

All treatments are payable on the day, deposits may be required for some treatment packages, group bookings and party’s.

Cancellations

24 hours advance notice of cancellations or changes to your appointment are appreciated although we do understand that this is not always possible.

If Bella Sorella cancels an appointment then every effort will be made to rebook at your earliest convenience with a 10% discount

Being a fully mobile service it is greatly appreciated if all treatments you would like or are considering having is mentioned at booking. This enables us to make sure that all kit and products are available to you

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available from Bella Sorella, so if you’re thinking of treating someone dear to you to the ultimate pamper, maintenance treatment or package then please contact us for more information.

We offer a gift service where the gift certificate, occasion card with your message, client pack and small gift are sent direct to the recipient on your behalf. This service is free of charge to our valued customers
